Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the OFSYRA Invoice application (“OFSYRA Invoice,” the “App”), provided by OFSYRA LTD (“OFSYRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
OFSYRA Invoice is developed and operated by:
OFSYRA LTD
66 Paul Street
London, EC2A 4NA
United Kingdom
Company number: 17464477
2. About OFSYRA Invoice
OFSYRA Invoice is an invoicing application for iPhone and iPad, designed to help sole traders, contractors, and limited companies create, send, and track invoices. It requires Sign in with Apple, stores your data on your device and syncs it through your own private iCloud account, and offers a free tier alongside an optional Pro subscription billed through the App Store. For details of what data the App collects and how it's handled, see our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
OFSYRA Invoice is a professional invoicing tool intended for business owners, sole traders, contractors, and companies. It is not directed at, and is not intended to be used by, children.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OFSYRA Invoice. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you're using it for your own business activity — whether as a sole trader, contractor, or on behalf of a company you're authorised to represent. We don't require any particular business registration status to use the App.
4. Your account
You need to sign in with Sign in with Apple to use OFSYRA Invoice, and you're responsible for maintaining access to the Apple ID you sign in with, since that's how the App identifies your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that does and does not affect.
5. Subscriptions and billing
OFSYRA Invoice offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription, billed and managed entirely through the App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple's own Media & Purchase terms — manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID's subscription settings. Deleting your OFSYRA Invoice account does not cancel an active subscription.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use OFSYRA Invoice only for lawful business purposes. You're solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of everything you create or send through the App — including invoices, customer and business details, tax and VAT treatment, payment details, and any other documents or content you generate. OFSYRA doesn't review or verify the content of your invoices or the correctness of any tax or VAT figures you enter; if you're unsure how VAT or other taxes apply to your business, speak to a qualified accountant or tax adviser.
You must not use the App to create or send anything unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading, or to infringe another person's rights, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or data, or interfere with the App outside of normal use.
7. Intellectual property
OFSYRA Invoice — including its design, software, and the OFSYRA name and logo — is owned by OFSYRA LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your own devices for your own business purposes, in line with these Terms. This licence doesn't give you any ownership rights in the App or the OFSYRA name and marks.
You keep ownership of the invoices, customer records, and other content you create using the App.
8. Disclaimers
OFSYRA Invoice is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for the App to work reliably, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee that invoices or other documents produced through the App will be accepted by any particular customer, bank, or authority. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties other than those which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFSYRA LTD is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business opportunity, arising from your use of OFSYRA Invoice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
OFSYRA Invoice is a tool to help you create and manage business documents — it isn't a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for meeting your own legal and tax obligations.
10. Suspension and termination by OFSYRA
We may suspend or end your access to OFSYRA Invoice if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to OFSYRA, other users, or third parties, or if we're required to do so by law. Where practical, we'll give you notice first and a chance to resolve the issue. This is separate from your own right to delete your account and data at any time (Section 4).
If we ever discontinue OFSYRA Invoice, we'll aim to give reasonable notice — though since your data is held on your own device and your own iCloud account rather than on OFSYRA's servers, it remains accessible to you independently of the App's availability.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of OFSYRA Invoice is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to in your own country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
