Delete your Apple app data
Use the app’s Delete Account option to remove your OFSYRA Invoice records. Signing out or removing the app is different from deleting your account.
Delete your data in the app
- Open OFSYRA Invoice on your iPhone or iPad.
- Open Settings (the More tab on iPhone), then choose Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm only when you are ready. Deletion is permanent.
The app deletes your invoices and their associated line items, email activity and attachments, then customer records, sender identity, business profile and account record. After local deletion succeeds, it removes the app’s saved Apple sign-in from the device and signs you out.
Apple’s private iCloud/CloudKit sync carries the deletion to your private cloud database in the background. Keep your device online to allow synchronisation. OFSYRA cannot independently confirm the cloud deletion or give a specific completion time.
Cancel Pro separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. On your iPhone or iPad, open Apple’s Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → OFSYRA Invoice Pro, then manage or cancel the subscription there if you do not want it to renew.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@ofsyra.com and explain that you use the Apple app. We handle these requests manually and can guide you through the options. We cannot directly access or remotely erase your private iCloud database. Do not send passwords, verification codes or invoice files.
Other copies and information
Deleting app records does not recall PDFs or emails already shared with customers, or remove copies they hold. Support correspondence is handled separately; email privacy@ofsyra.com to request its deletion. Applicable retention exceptions are explained in the privacy policy.
If you opted into optional Apple ad measurement, its separate withdrawal and deletion controls are described in the measurement supplement.
Signing out is different
Signing out removes the local sign-in flag. It keeps your business, customer and invoice data on your device and in private iCloud storage. Use Delete Account when you want the app’s deletion process.
Read the full Apple Privacy Policy and Apple Terms of Use. For the other platform, see Delete Android Data.
